Lance Jacobsen graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. and a Ph.D. in aerospace engineering in 1998 and 2001. After graduation Dr. Jacobsen won a NRC post-doctoral fellowship award at the AFRL at Wright-Patterson AFB. At the completion of his postdoc, he joined Dr. Fred Billig at Pyrodyne, Inc. as the Technical Vice President. On May 4th, 2006 Dr. Jacobsen formed GoHypersonic Incorporated to further contribute to the dream of hypersonic airbreathing flight and affordable space access. Andrew Dwenger graduated from Wright State University with a B.S. in mechanical engineering in 2004. Since graduation, he has been pursuing his M.S. in mechanical engineering at Wright State University and will graduation in June of 2008. Andrew worked under Dr. Lance Jacobsen's supervision while doing multiple co-ops at the AFRL on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base while pursuing his undergraduate degree. Following graduation, he joined Dr. Jacobsen and Dr. Fred Billig at Pyrodyne, Incorporated as an aerospace engineer. He has been senior engineer with GoHypersonic Incorporated since the business was formed in 2006. |
